  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Oil for fry

To Make Gravy

  • Bay leaves – 2
  • Mustard seeds – 1-2 tsp
  • Red chilly – 1-2 tsp
  • Onion – three big chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2
  • Ginger Paste – 1tsp
  • Garlic Paste- 1tsp
  • Green Chilly Paste – 1 tsp
  • Cumin Powder- 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder, 1 tablespoon
  • red chili Powder -1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder – 1tsp
  • Garam Masala -1tsp
  • Oil – 1 cup
  • Salt – 1 tsp
