  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilly powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Oil – 2 spoons


  • Paneer – 250 grams
  • Onion – 2 medium
  • Tomato – 1 big size
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece – grated
  • Garlic – 4-5 cloves


First of all, cut the onion into small pieces.
After that, cut gusto and garlic into small pieces. Also, cut green chillies into small pieces. After this, clean the visage completely and keep it on gas.
Pour oil painting into the visage and heat it well. Once the oil painting is hot, add fenugreek seeds to it.
Once the fenugreek seeds are cooked well, add coriander and cumin seeds and cook it well.

Add diced onion, gusto, and garlic to it and cook well.
After this, cut the tomatoes into small pieces and add them.

Now add red chilly greasepaint, coriander greasepaint, turmeric greasepaint, and mix masala and cook it well.

Add the pulverized rubbish that we’ve made into the tadka and add swab also.
Cover and cook the paneer for 3 to 4 twinkles so that the swab and spices get absorbed duly in your paneer.

Now our Paneer Bhurji is ready, we can eat it with Prathi Roti and Naam.
